Okay, prepare for a read.

Remember that Alomar card I got from UD last week? I put it up on ebay. I usually don't send to Canada because of how much it costs to track it across the border. But I start getting this influx of messages asking about shipping it there. One guy even points me to the page on the USPS website that shows how much it is and is willing to pay for it. So I agree and change the auction. The guy who sent me the link wins the auction on Saturday. He e-mails me yesterday saying someone hit him with a not arrived and the money from it got frozen in his PayPal so he had to transfer money in to cover the auction and it would clear tomorrow and he'd pay me. Today he writes saying that he has to convert the money from CDN to US and it's gonna take 2 more days. I'm getting pissed about this whole thing because if I hadn't agreed to ship to Canada, I wouldn't be having this problem. Yeah, I probably would have gotten less for the card, but I wouldn't have to deal with this ********.

thought i was doing the right thing about keeping you
informed about the problem i was having with pay pal. but
apparently doing the right thing here was not the thing to do. i
hope you do not sell a high priced item, sent with a tracking
number, and the person puts a claim in that it was not received,
even though the tracking number shows that it has arrived in
the country of destination. apparently ebay, nor pay pal cares
about tracking numbers. i guess that international customers
are not quite savvy as americans when it comes to mail and
such. all these international customers have to do is go to usps
to check mail rates and how to mail. oh wait i did that, so that i
could tell you how to mail internationally with a tracking
number.
i believe that ebay policy requires that payment be paid within 7
days of the auction closing. i could have waited those 7 days
and hope this clears up by then, but again thinking i was doing
the right thing, i chose to keep you informed.

You should be able to slap people like this with no repurcussions.
