Were plates handed out. Or they still in FCB vault?

Maybe FCB will have a vault program like Topps does. Put the plates in nice sealed cases and auction them off.

LL what serial # is Japanese one your selling. With only 5 signed like this, these should be easy track.
So far I think 2 are known

2. Gilmore has one.

any idea who owns the other 3? any mods have one, show'em if you got em.
