This new site going to have a "view your posts" feature? That is something I use constantly and I don't see it on the new FCB.

I agree. I use that a ton instead of hunting through forums for what I have posted on. Makes it so much easier.

It would REALLY suck if it didn't have that. I can't even begin to explain how useful it is. It could possibly ruin my FCB experience not having it. It's really that important to me.

Its right there on the front page.

The what's new button and the menu on the right.

I don't see it on the specific forums? Is that just to see new threads or to see what threads you have posted/posted in?

I agree with many others.

TOO much white, and if the 'view new posts' & 'view your posts' options aren't included, that's a big negative.

"view your posts" is the usercp in vbulletin, and the new posts have their own button and can be found in that giant bar on the right. Simmer down people.

No one is up in arms. Just hoping it's there. It's a very useful tool.

Yeah, god forbid people use this thread for what it was intended for....

People, by nature, are inherently resistant to change, especially when it is in regards to their standard routines they encounter through their course of standard daily activities. I like to think, that for the most part, I'm not like that and try to keep an open mind.

That being said, I concur with the other posters that have stated that the pure-white background needs to be muted. It will be much easier to read if the background color is more similar to the current structure. Other than some minor tweaks such as that and other aesthetic issues (the ones that effect functionality like font size), I look forward to the new boards.

At least you're not pulling a Beckett on us. I still can not figure out what their driving impetus was in going the route they went with their site. I would have thought that their decision would have significantly decreased the traffic they received on their forums and resulted in some people getting fired.

I have had a lot of trouble using FCB from all my Apple devices. It constantly wants me to log back in, and other features like chat have never seemed to work right for me after I switched from PC to Mac. I don't know if there is anything we can do with the new software, but it is pretty annoying to have to constantly log back in. Also I appreciate all the hard work you have put in to keep the site running, Chris.

I don't have any issues running the site from any of my Apple devices. Are other apple users having the same issues as the above poster?

Sorry, the "it could possibly ruin my fcb experience not having it" struck me as a tad dramatic.

Just stating fact. Maybe you should pay less attention to what you PERCEIVE to be someone's emotional state while they're typing things on the internet. It's a losing battle for you and anyone else who does it.

A losing battle, indeed. Thanks for clearing that up.
