"Props to Razor" thread locked ::facepalm:: :benson:

People act like Razor breaks into their house at night and scratches up all their Blu-rays with metal cards.

My Pettitte Super is sitting at $6.50 right now with 15 watchers. Is it safe to assume that a handful of them will set a snipe on it? Or should I be panicking that it's only at $6.50 with 1 1/2 days to go?

One like it (same one?) sold late last summer for $100, I think. It was at the same time as my J-Rol super, and I got $62 for Rollins who has a smaller following, I'm sure.

I remember the 2009 Topps Chrome Super and the 2006 Bowman Chrome Super were both sold in pretty close timeframes. I picked up the TC via BIN, and got sniped on the BowChro - can't remember how much it went for, but I think it was about $80-90. I'm probably just paranoid because this is the first card I've ever sold on there before.

2 days since the guy who wanted a refund asked me about sending the card back with no explanation. I responded wanting to know what the problem was. I have heard nothing back yet. ::facepalm::

Really getting sick of ebay. Thinking about sending everything I don't want to COMC and feed my habit strictly through there.

That is why I have quit selling on there....It's easier to take it to the LCS and get about as much money as you would on there....

I wouldn't think that COMC is the answer. Their website is great if you're selling items for under $20 or so, not so much over that. Also, their selection of stuff to buy isn't nearly as great as ebay. Items that are more rare or very desirable won't ever be seen on COMC.

Definately. ebay would be a tough habit to break. Not sure I could ever completely abandon ebay. I get pissed about ebay every few months and stay away for about two weeks tops

I am getting a lot of lower end stuff together to send off to COMC though. Any suggestions from when you listed stuff there Groat?

J-Rod if you see this, got the package from you in today. Guess we don't need to leave feedback again, might start looking fishy

Keep leaving the feedback. J-Rod's feedback should be sky high with his fast shipping practices.

Seemed like everything I put up sold pretty evenly. I sent in a mix of Football, Baseball and Hockey. I guess FB maybe sold a little better than the rest. Other than that, I couldn't discern a pattern to the madness. I still have about a third of the cards from my first shipment left in the inventory and I've been getting an offer or two a week. I just sent them nearly the entire remainder of my junk pile, a bunch of cards that will sell for under $5 each.

I am going to send in about 60 cards for the 3 week/.25 listings and then start sending in a bunch of 8 week ones.

Is that a one time fee or do you have to pay it again every so often?

It's a one time fee. I believe that if your cards don't sell before 3 months, they charge you one cent per card per month as a storage fee.

Oh! Make sure you know about easily the worst part of COMC - the fact that they charge you to take money off of their website. They'll send you paypal, but you're going to be losing up to 20% of that money as a transaction fee. It almost makes me not want to use them, but I don't know where else I'd send my dirt cheap stuff.

Ah that sucks. Anything I make off there, I will probably just spend there anyway though. Thanks for the input Groat!
