I'm not taking his $15. That's all I need for me to take it and he reports me to ebay, screw that. Now I have to wait for the ******** to agree to cancel so I can hopefully relist it tonight.

Pisses me off because it was a best offer. Not some random impulse auction win.

File the NPB Dispute and save the 15$ email, and relist. You should be fine.

Some guy sent me an offer for a single card on COMC today. I countered him for an amount I thought was reasonable. He declined the offer and then immediately resent an offer for his original amount. ::facepalm:: There needs to be some way to block specific people from sending offers on that website.
