If someone lists something with a $100 BIN with a BO option, how much do you think is fair to offer, without making the seller think you're trying to lowball him/her???

It depends. If I have soemthing backing up my offer, I let them know and tell them I mean no offense.

For example, I picked up the two 06 1/1 Triple Threads in my sig for $20 and $50 on eBay. There's one on there now for $169 if I remember the number right. I would probably offer $50 and explain that I already have two other 1/1 I picked up for the prices I paid. I would also say no offense meant, and please counter if you'd like.

Man this crabtree stuff is makeing me sick, tbh i dont really think he will do that im just thinking that this is all just so he can get more money because the niners will want him plus he'd be retarded to leave an go to the draft again after seening all this he'd be luckky to go 1st round again so idk he just needs to get signed so he can head to camp then dominate the NFC west an the NFC ;)

It's just a scare tactic to get the 49ers to meet his demands. The 49ers need to dig their heels in and take a stand.

Wow. If that would happen, it would have potential to shake up things in the card industry. NHL cards can only be made of a player after they have started in one game. I would hate to see things go that way, or things go the way of baseball's rookie requirements, opening up prospect and rookie cards of some guys.

This would probably require all football RCs to be in college unis...OK with me! :D

This would also put Topp's Photoshoppers out of business. No more taking their college photo and trying to make it look like a pro one.

I think everybody here would agree. I prefer stuff in my Cowboys collection to be in pro Cowboys uniform, but I'd rather have the college uniform and the card labeled as being Cowboys instead of a crap job photoshop.

Not to mention they have a nasty habit of taking a picture they already used on a card and photoshopping it for another. (See below)

what :!:
im watching espn and they are saying that michael crabtree is ready to sit out the entire 2009 season
and re-enter the 2010 draft :o
just so he can be payed the money he thinks he deserves ::facepalm::
Can he do that!? I didn't know you could get drafted and then redraft in the future.

The only thing I remember that was close was Jim Kelly and the Bills/USFL at the start of his career, which wasn't a redraft, but he came back as a Bill since they still had his rights.

idk i guess he can as long as he doesnt have a contract
because i also heard that from the rookie spanish basketball player rubio that he didnt wanted to play for the timberwolves
and that if he was not traded to a big market team, he would re-enter the 2010 draft...
imagine he not signing with the 49ers and all the cards that have been sold on his 49ers uni  ::facepalm::

yeah i know

here is the story:

Adviser: Crabtree could re-enter draft
By Joe Schad

San Francisco 49ers receiver Michael Crabtree is prepared to sit out this season and re-enter the NFL draft in 2010, David Wells, Crabtree's cousin and adviser, said Thursday.

"We are prepared to do it," Wells said. "Michael just wants fair-market value. They took him with the 10th pick and you have Darrius Heyward-Bey [the seventh overall pick by the Oakland Raiders] getting $38 million? This week is crucial. Michael was one of the best players in the draft and he just wants to be paid like one of the best players. This week is very crucial."

Wells said he believes the Niners have made an offer but that it is not acceptable. Wells said Crabtree is ready to start practicing and was held out of drills by coaches only for precautionary reasons.

Crabtree, who turns 22 next month, also missed the 49ers' offseason minicamps and their organized team activities while recovering from a foot injury but was a regular presence at team headquarters for rehabilitation and strengthening workouts.

Crabtree caught 97 passes for 1,165 yards and 19 touchdowns last year during his sophomore season at Texas Tech. He finished his collegiate career with 231 receptions, 3,127 yards and 41 TDs.

Joe Schad is a college football reporter for ESPN. Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.[/quote:f7i3o4f5]

I hope that the 49ers management doesnt cave to his demands
i say let his ass sit!
