A couple comments.

*I'm tired of the un-auto'd true prospect rookie followed by the auto'd version the next year. Stop screwing with us and give us the auto'd first year!

*To me it seems they are letting other companies do their scouting on who to add to the set (i.e. Donruss got Wilson Ramos & Angel Morales autos in 2008, Topps finally gets them on cardboard in 2009. Do you own work, f-ing Danny Valencia still doesn't have a card!)

*Base set looks ripped from 2008's football, I hate the ballooning in design.

*I like the prospect design though, nice, clean, classic.

*And I say it every year knowing it will never happen, go back to the black borders with the different colored background refractors.

I'd love to see black with refractors that are just shiny black, like in 2005 bdp, loved those cards.

The checklist is wrong.

:)

Naturally there will be changes prior to release, as always.

To Topps' credit, they did do some major cleaning up to BDP after the preliminary mess of a checklist came out last fall.

the base CL is better than any base CL they had last year

Correct. The base set is stellar. I see 10-20 guys that are good on first glance.

The autograph cl will more then likely get reworked because nobody will buy it currently. In today's world Bowman won't sell itself anymore.

I wish I still had Photoshop because I would like to make a mock up of what the cards will look like in 10 years. The photo keeps getting smaller and smaller each year.

Attention ladies and gentleman!

You are now witnessing the agonizing death of the Bowman and Bowman Chrome brands.

Its sad to see but it could happen. I wish they would just competely cut out the bowman w/chrome product and the bowman chrome product and only do a bowman draft product every year.

Dude, he got it directly from Topps, BEFORE Olds.

His site is sponsored by Topps.

so is mine :)

when he says sponsored by topps, he means he gets a box for review. Olds got the info first.

That's fine man. I'm not going to get into a pissing contest about what I was told. I use this site for entertainment and info just like everybody else.

I just thought I would post the info for everyone's knowledge/enjoyment. Now my OP looks retarded, so next time I'll just wait and let somebody else link to Beckett instead. No problem.
