I may be the only one that feels this way and feel free to tell me how much I suck, but seriously the NFL network sucks.

I pay $70 a month for cable television and I can't even watch Thursday night football? The only programming I want to watch on this channel is Thursday Night Football. There is a game on tonight yea! Let's watch it..oh, can't it's blocked because NFL Network is such a premium channel.

I'm done. :x

I hear you man. I'm a comcast customer who also doesn't subscribe to the NFL Network. I almost feel as though I'm being forced to pirate it online.

I heart DirecTV. I've been one of their customers for close to a decade. They give some extra perks from time to time. We currently have all of the premium and movie channels at no extra charge for 6 months.

Another game worthy of muting. Ridiculous commentary. They talked about Cutler managing his diabetes before and during a game when Joe interjected about Matt managing his diet with a cheeseburger. Ignorant.

Their play by play and color commentary during games is poor but otherwise an all NFL network is the greatest thing ever made. I'll suffer through their game calls.

I think your anger should be directed at your provider and not NFL Network. Most times it's the provider that makes that call of where Networks get "slotted" and who charges what for what.

Either way Sorry, but at least you don't have to suffer thru Matt Millen call a game and listen to Marshall, Dukes, Deion and Irvin "talk" about something with any real contacts/background research.

Awful.

Comcast, Dish, or Directv?

Comcast  But Comcast does have a lot of positives, on demand rocks.

Awful.

 Exactly one game a week and you have to listen to the 3rd stringers

Blame your cable provider for not having it in their package, but its not like your missing much. Having Matt Millen as your main analyst = fail.

Unless you were a Bears fan you didn't miss much.

My Comcast has NFL Network. We didn't at first, then they put it on a sports tier I refused to buy.....last season they moved it to the basic digital package. Wonder if it's different in different areas? Cause like I said I think our cable bill is around $55-60...and have nothing too fancy and it's included in ours.

Same here. I absolutely love DirecTV. Every year I get the Sunday Ticket and I love the NFL Network as well.

Yah, I'm pretty sure Cable companies up here offer the channel for free. You don't even need special cable, it's just part of the digital package.

With that said, I don't think I'll be getting cable. It's almost been a month and last night was the only time I missed it. I completely forgot a game was on or would've went to a bar. Once baseball season starts back up, it'll be different.

I was a Comcast guy for almost a decade. NFL Sunday ticket made me change that. Direct TV is awesome.
