Nice cards! You got a better price on the copy numbered 035/100 than the other did...I was surprised about that.

It's my second copy of the checklist by the way.

So, a new, fun listing on e-bay popped up a couple days ago, which originally had a BIN of $750, and a starting bid of $0.99, for the 1992 Stadium Club MC card of Frank:

http://cgi.ebay.com/1992-FRANK-THOMAS-E ... d083&vil=1

The description states that the book value of the card is $1,136.43. Even more interesting is that my e-mails I think drove her to have someone with zero feedback bid it up for her. Anybody have the guts to see how much this person has bid?? I couldn't resist and e-mailed the seller:

Dear babygurl0529,

I am very interested to where you got the value of this card. You may want to look at closed auctions, as this card would not sell for $1 with free shipping. The book value of this card is less than $1.00.

Dear toohot1999,

http://prices.sportslizard.com/ is where i got the value and it is correct

Dear babygurl0529,

That website has got to be some kind of joke. Your item will not sell for $0.99.....same with the other cards like Ripken and Avery. They made millions of these cards in 1992.

Is anyone familiar with the following seller:

vferrari360

I can't figure out how or why I have been blocked from making an offer, as I do not seem to have any transactions with him. Is he perhaps a member on the board?

I tried to BO him and it allowed me to the offer page? Does it allow you
to that page?

Nope. I'm not sure if I made an offer sometime a while back that offended him, but I am pretty sure I never said anything bad.....

It's been for sale several times recently. Don't remember if it's the same seller or a duped buyer trying to dupe someone else...or both.

it's good, it just sucks people keep doing this to this set. Atleast on this one below they used a /20 card not a /150

Hey guys. If interested I just posted some 1993 and 1994 Topps (Baseball) Black Gold lots on eBay. Some Frank Thomas and more.

What I would give for the 1994 Topps ABCD card!
You and 43 other player collectors!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does it seem so easy to find the 1993 ABCD, but so very hard for the 1994 version? Were there a lot less?
Maybe because of the strike?
BINGO! all 94 series 2 product's were very short printed.
