Just too much snow for the salt to do anything, and it probably fell quickly too.

We haven't had a dump like that since December. But we never get feet at a time anyways, we have cold air, not moist.

Being in Houston affords me the luxury of not having to shovel snow...unfortunately the one time it decided to snow this year, I had just had a major idiot moment.

We had just moved into the house, I was cooking dinner on the stove, the wife was downtown at least an hour away...the stars aligned just right. My dogs are arguing with neighbor dogs, so I run outside to calm them down...and close the locked door behind me. No hide-a-key, no nothing. So I kicked in my frenchdoors before the kitchen burned down.

Needless to say, in the midst of ripping out the old frame and putting a new one in, it began to snow. It was cold and I had a big pneumonia hole in the side of my house...oh, and the father-in-law was inbound from Dallas. It was a great day.

The BEACH was awesome bruddah! Jus' got back to see if you posted any pictures of a shoveled driveway :lol: 85 degrees, sun blaring strong, winds a nice 8 mph, and..........bah-kinis! :lol:

I'm getting faster to that reef and now giving you a 5% chance of beating me. Guess what, the little one will be swimming the length in time I think. Today she went a good 15 feet without the board....she made daddy smile .
