Only Pujols is a lock at this point (pretty insane he's a lock before he's 30.)
Miguel Cabrera certainly has had HOF stats for the first seven full seasons of his career. Still needs a bunch more top flight seasons, but definitely impressive to this point.
Mauer has put up numbers that few catchers ever have (in fact in some ways like batting titles, like no one before him.)
Hanley Ramirez has been really impressive, especially at SS.
Dunn was mentioned. He'll be 30 for a few more months. It will be hard to keep him out if he hits 600+ homers, and to be honest, his OBP makes it that he's worth a lot more than someone looking at BA might think (though his defense hurts.)
CC Sabathia was another name mentioned, and he probably has the best chance of reaching 300 wins of any pitcher in baseball right now (though he's still a long, long ways away.)
Fielder could be right around 400 homers at 30 years old. Definitely a name worth considering.
He's been my guy for a long time so I may be biased, but Carl Crawford is just a few hits away from 1500, has 400+ steals, 100+ homers and 100+ triples already.
