Most of the Packers fans at the office including myself knew the game would be a challenge given the Giants momentum and solid play on both sides of the ball. I do think the 2009 Colts and 2011 Packers show that "resting" your starting QB before a first round bye also means "rusting" your starting QB. I don't believe it is a wise decision.

I agree. I get the injury concern, but keeping your starting QB out of live game action for almost a month never works out. The Packers were out of sync all game long and Rodgers was obviously rusty.

I give credit to the Giants for making big plays when they needed them. That strip by Osi was huge on what should have been a sure touchdown. Packers failed in every way possible yesterday. I, like many others, knew the playoffs would be tough, and it was only a matter of time before the historically bad defense caught up with them.

But agreed, no one should be too surprised that after playing like ass for the first quarter, they were done.

That TD they gave up right before halftime almost had me putting a remote thru my TV.

I counted 2 bad throws, one of them being Picked. The defense played awful, especially the secondary but on offense, most of the blame goes to the WRs, TEs and lack of RB production.

Yes, frauds that made more postseason impact than your pathetic teams. So sad that whatever team you root for fails in epic fashion. Who you got in the Superbowl? I'll make sure to bet against them and take take whatever spread I can get.
