It's a long story that I'm sure you guys don't really care to hear...but my wife has decided that she wants a divorce. She just "isn't happy" anymore. That being said, I'm selling nearly everything I own in order to get some things taken care of.

If anyone would like an instant Scott Rolen PC, let me know. I'll listen to all reasonable offers. You can see a majority of the cards by clicking on my banner. I have added some new ones here and there that aren't scanned. Nothing huge. I've also got several Rolen signed baseballs and other odds and ends relating to Rolen. If anyone is interested I can get some pictures of the other stuff and post those up for you to see too.

Also, if you've given me anything Rolen related in the past...and would like it returned to you...let me know and I'll pull it out and send it back your way.

As one who has been in your shoes, be careful with anything that you both have equal access to. I got the "I'm not happy anymore" speech just before I got taken to the cleaners money and credit wise. First, I'd like to thank everyone for the well wishes. Second, selling the collection isn't something that she's making me do. It's something that I'm doing as a preventative measure. I need to have some funds reserved for some things that might come up. I've heard some horror stories about other people going through similar things and I want to make sure I'm prepared.

I don't think keeping my collection will fill any voids. And I certainly don't expect to get out of it anywhere near what I've put into it. But I'd like to get a decent chunk of change for it.


Anyway, all that being said, I've gotten all of your PM's. I would much rather sell the entire collection to someone who will love it and take care of it like I have over these past 14 or 15 years. I realize that's probably not realistic since Rolen isn't really a high profile player. So if after a couple of weeks I haven't gotten anywhere trying to unload all of it together, then I'll start piecing it out.
