Good price for Darvish?

This (gold ref. /50) just ended for $180. Another has a BIN at $175.10 so the buyer may have been a bit high on the offer, but what do you think about the price tag, which may be tied to a second question, what do you think it would go for if he signed with an MLB team after the season (and was rated right near the top of BA's top 100 prospects list.)

I dont think they will go up since the supply will be higher due to all of the prospectors who stocked up simultaneously dumping.

You think there will be more than enough to go around if he comes to a big city and 99% of the fans have never heard of him, and he only has a couple of releases?

I don't really see it, but I guess only time will tell (if in fact he does come.)

If he signed with a big market team or contender (which he will do), im sure the card would at least double, virtually overnight.
