Morning all. I got plenty of sleep last night. I was exhausted from getting hardly any sleep the night before (3-4 hours tops), so I was asleep by 7:30 lastnight and slept until 6:30 this morning.

Morning all, learning coach day again, then a long work weekend...

Evening all! I slept most of the day. Found out yesterday that i have pneumonia. On more meds. Hopefully after this I'm good for a couple years. The good news is that I'm at 16 days no smoking!
