Got Scammed by a member on here

Sent the payment 2 weeks ago. I have asked for a refund after "my fiance threw out the DC confirmation". I am sick and tired of the excuses, I demanded a refund 2 days ago. Who the hell can I talk to to get it resolved? The members name is Llogan Goins. I will be calling his house if something is not resolved either him sending me the DC number or myself getting a refund. any other advice?

Also two weeks is slow but it dosent mean you are getting scammed.

I bought a lot from him and he sent the cards, but he didnt put the cards in any top loaders or protection, he sent a $500+ lot in a 800 count box, not even penny sleeves. All of the cards had dinged corners. He has been talking with me about it, And I am sure we are going to come to a agreement.
