Happy birthday to me! To celebrate, I've cooked up a devilish contest...
It's a word search in which I've hidden the names of my 39 favorite players of all time. 37 played in the MLB and 2 played only in the ***** Leagues. The devilish part of this is that I'm not giving you their names, only their initials. Names are hidden horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
So to play, print out this .jpg or the attached .pdf file, find the names, and the person that can post a scan or photo of the completed puzzle will win a very nice prize package. Since this contest is gonna take some doing, I want the winner to be happy with their prize and will tailor a package to their collecting interest (team/player/set) as best as I can. Guaranteed to be at least $39 BV - but probably more! You'll won't be disappointed, I promise.
Good luck! The names are all over the board and include big stars from all eras to some local guys that may be a little obscure. If too much time goes by and you need hints, I'll help out with some of the harder names.
