Decent price - hard to tell from the small scan what kind of condition the card was in when the seller shipped. I'd certainly email the seller and ask him if that is how he usually ships. For $2, he could obviously still use a bubble mailer and not lose money. If he's trying to pocket some shipping cost, he could charge $3 and be in line with what people are used to paying anyway. Your further response really depends on how he reacts. Probably at the very least ding him on his DSRs, but if he's a jerk, then a neutral may be in order.

Personally I've received (probably) dozens of PWE by now, and never once has the card gotten damaged. Could be I've been lucky, but with that track record I won't leave a Neg simply for a PWE. I did just send an email to a guy who charged $5 for Priority Mail asking for a $4 refund when the card came in a PWE, but I personally don't think it warrants a Neg unless the card is damaged in transit and the seller won't work with you.

on the bottom right as well as the top to form what I can tell.
I would ask for a partial refund on my shipping and then leave neutral feedback on the PWE

Don't get me wrong, the seller is an idiot for sending it how he did. However, if the damage was on the card to begin with (I can see the chipping in the scan, and with a patch that large, the creases are evident), he should get no feedback, or a positive. He did his part by delivering the item that the OP paid for. The seller takes all the risk when sending this way, if something goes wrong, he has no proof, and the OP wins his claim.
yeah but Kerry's stuff does not sell like it use ti and now that he is on the Indians man his stuff willpredatorkj said:I'd go after him on how he shipped if you are unsatisfied with the way he shipped. My god I cannot believe you got that for only $25.Jeez...I would think something like that would have commanded at least $60 or more.

I agree and that is why I didn't come in here calling for the guys head on a platter. I didn't really see the creasing as evident on the original scan. That is why I wondered what some of you guys thought on here before I made my call on what to do.
