There is some slight damage. What do you guys think I should do? I still want to keep the card, because it is quite rare.

Well you did get the card you bought. I would ask for a partial refund to keep the card, and then leave a neutral at worst explaining your displeasure in sending with a PWE. I would think negs would be if you didn't get the card you paid for.

Was the card damaged in transit? I would assume those tiny creases were there from the beginning and were inevitable because of the size of the patch. Personally I've received (probably) dozens of PWE by now, and never once has the card gotten damaged. Could be I've been lucky, but with that track record I won't leave a Neg simply for a PWE. I did just send an email to a guy who charged $5 for Priority Mail asking for a $4 refund when the card came in a PWE, but I personally don't think it warrants a Neg unless the card is damaged in transit and the seller won't work with you.

Decent price - hard to tell from the small scan what kind of condition the card was in when the seller shipped. I'd certainly email the seller and ask him if that is how he usually ships. For $2, he could obviously still use a bubble mailer and not lose money. If he's trying to pocket some shipping cost, he could charge $3 and be in line with what people are used to paying anyway. Your further response really depends on how he reacts. Probably at the very least ding him on his DSRs, but if he's a jerk, then a neutral may be in order.

I actually copied and then blow up the photo the creases are in the scan
on the bottom right as well as the top to form what I can tell.

I would ask for a partial refund on my shipping and then leave neutral feedback on the PWE

Well it is hard to tell if it was damaged in transit or not. I can say though that I also own the 2/6 Version and it has no chipping or creases. So I do believe that some of that has to be from shipping. I should of double check how he shipped before I purchased the card, but I was away for the Holidays. I figured a rare card like this people wouldn't be that dumb.

Don't get me wrong, the seller is an idiot for sending it how he did. However, if the damage was on the card to begin with (I can see the chipping in the scan, and with a patch that large, the creases are evident), he should get no feedback, or a positive. He did his part by delivering the item that the OP paid for. The seller takes all the risk when sending this way, if something goes wrong, he has no proof, and the OP wins his claim.

I'd go after him on how he shipped if you are unsatisfied with the way he shipped. My god I cannot believe you got that for only $25.Jeez...I would think something like that would have commanded at least $60 or more.

I agree and that is why I didn't come in here calling for the guys head on a platter. I didn't really see the creasing as evident on the original scan. That is why I wondered what some of you guys thought on here before I made my call on what to do.

Yeah I think I got a steal on it. The other one I bought I paid a little more on. It seams like lesser players have sold for more.

If you are happy with the card, I say just leave a positive and maybe leave him a 2 or 3 on the shipping cost DSR. That's probably what I would do. Some people just don't realize (and lack to common sense to figure it out themselves) that it is against etiquette to ship a card that way.
