The main take away from this is don't piss off your customers!
It's really really easy to understand.
Obviously, you can never please everyone but don't do extremely dumb things!
Speaking of which (and in reality it's not "that" important because of the extreme scarcity, but still), why would topps set themselves up by labeling bowman chrome boxes with "2 CHROME autographs every box" considering that the "bowman black autos" aren't chrome?
Technically, unless the black is a bonus auto, a collector could have a gripe saying they only got ONE chrome auto.
Nitpicking? I guess, but if you're topps, why set yourself up for this?
