I noticed the refractor line right away.. Maybe that's why they gave it an 8.

At least it will give you a better idea as to what yours's is valued at..

It's a PWCC auction item, OF COURSE there is going to be something shady going on with the bidding. The PWCC items consistently go significantly over similar cards with odd betting patterns
