He's an exclusive to Upper Deck.. So he has no auto's in Topps, Donruss, or Fleer..

Actually he does have some Fleer autogarphs...once UD took over for Fleer that is.

Oh ok.. that's kinda cool, but sucks at the same time. Oh well, I'll just have to jump on one of the Goodwin Champions autos I guess.

I had written this seller on ebay to tell him his card was fake based on our sequencing etc.

This was his reply

Thanks for your concern. I just got word back from upperdeck that the card is authenic. I had to send them scans of the card and it was reviewed by upperdeck and they have declared it authentic and that the serial on the back is correct.

Thanks for making me aware of it since I would have like to get my money back if it were fake, since I have just purchased it on ebay and now need to sell to get my money back. If you have any other questions email me and I will be happy to reply.

Another Fake Griffey RC Storry

I just received this from another seller (posted his intial letter in last few weeks) after I wrote him
about the fake RC buyback Griffey Jr 2009 card he was selling

Guess this is my new mission in life, to guard the 2009 Griffey Jr Rookie Cards buyback autos from the counterfeiters of the world- based of course on Roy's work.

I guess it hits me in the gut since I GOT TAKEN AS WELL AND MINE WAS BECKETT AUTHORIZED.

FOLLOWUP ON BECKETT

I have received my check for returning the card after 3 months after going to the TOP MAN in Beckett Grading. Part of my arrangement is I am not able to say what the amount of the check was or post scans of the card. I will honor that agreement but I do believe the card was posted on this thread earlier

A FOLLOW UP LETTER FROM GRIFFEY CARD SELLER- HELP ME OUT HER

2ND LETTER FROM JAMES CLAIMING UPPER DECK TOLD HIM HIS GRIFFEY JR BUYBACK WAS AUTHENTIC

This morning I called upper deck and I just asked how I could find out if my card that I just recieved is authentic. I spoke to Morgan Preston and he told me to email scans of the card front and back( to see the serial #) and he would forward it for review. He emailed me back at 2pm this afternoon which was about 4 hrs later and he said everything is authentic and to enjoy my new card.
The # I called was 18008737332 if that might help.
I was hoping for it to be authentic so I did not have to hassle with getting my money back from the seller I just got it from on eBay. It would just be so much easier if people didn't do crap like that.

Let me know if you have any other tips on the cards and feel free to ask any questions.
Ps you probably know the other guy that might have emailed me pushtheyellowbutton he was rude and I didn't even want to bother with him, he was accusing me of making the card and trying to profit from it when you can clearly see that I bought it online in my eBay feedback.
