I think one of those hit eBay the other day, and I kind of did a - what is that??? double-take :shock:

Anybody know how these came out? Cost? Production run, etc??? Also, I see there is some autographness involved...

if i recall, this would be the 1st to surface, yes?

i was reading the dude's description. did the blue ink really sell that low at 800?? i could've sworn i saw the last one sell for over 1100+....

I don't know the production run but they came in this box set so basically you get this 3.5x5 card the regular card and this box.
They were sold at the stadium and local stores . I think the autograph was a seperate sale through UDA? SCD has price at 15.00 at the stadium for the boxed set.

What do you think of the autograph on that one?

kinda hard to see, but what i can see of it looks odd to me

It is tough to see the autograph, but the COA does match up correctly (number and words). Also, from what little i could do to light the image, the G in griffey looks pretty close, but again its tough to see the whole thing. If sellers FB wasnt so low it might be ok, tough call though.
