YES very much so. but why on that card ???

Hello. I'm the seller of the card. What makes you think the auction was shilled?

I would assume because of the low and private feedback bidders.

I don't think it makes a difference either way, because the winner doesn't look like a shill and there was a legit bidder at $930.
So at the most it made an extra $20.

I would like to say the auction was not shilled. I don't look forward to selling high end cards to those type of bidders for the same reason because I'm scared chargebacks.

It looks like Griffey has joined the ranks of non-numbered BC Gold Refractors. There are two on ebay right now from 2006 that aren't numbered.

Hey everyone,

I was just on eBay and found this. First I've heard of it. Legit? I personally don't think it is, but what do you think?

very fake

This isn't the first time something like this has surfaced.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3D1&_rdc=2

I emailed the seller asking for a scan of the hologram on the back of the card. Here's the response below:

"Nope, no sticker on the back. The item has the UD certified sticker autograph, mostly only the buyback autos and high ticket items have that hologram you're talking about on the back. This one does not have it. Thanks !"

Bidding is at $31 right now. I have no intention of bidding at all, but I can't believe that others aren't asking similar questions. I don't want to call the guy a scam, he's polite and his feedback is 100% for 108 transactions, but all of the auctions are private. Makes you think..... No way I would bid on it myself. Anyone on here bidding on it?
