That being said, the title does not say chrome in it, its being sold in a lot of 25 and the price it would won at should indicate what it was, but like I said, I can see how it would be a little confusing (although I was selling 20 ct lots with chrome in the title at the same time).
I've refunded two other buyers who thought they were getting the chromes too, I have no problem doing it, it was my mistake.
That being said, here is what pisses me off about this. He opened a case at the exact same time the email was sent. Of course the way it looks to paypal is that I haven't been working with him or responding to him, this is what he marked, when in reality, he got a refund less than 15 minutes after he sent the email.
At least give me a chance to make this right before you go straight to paypal.
I too went by the card# in the title (Dillon Gee lot) thinking it would be chrome. No worries though, it was only a few bucks.
What happened there is an error of mine in turbolister. I create 110 Bowman Chrome auctions then mass edit them to turn them into 110 Bowman auctions, it saves a ton of work. I got out the word chrome, changed quantity from 20 to 25 but didn't get the number changed. Like I said, I've had several contact me an issue a refund.
Incidentally, these items weren't overpaid for due to my error.
A lot of 20 just went for $10.88 shipped: [phil:254fqgym]250636681300[/phil:254fqgym]
He bought my lot of 25 for $10.36 shipped: [phil:254fqgym]300427544981[/phil:254fqgym]
It is entirely possible that these could have been relisted and even after fees had a little money made, it is really neither here nor there but just a random thought.
