Its not really loving versus hating something, its more like people buying into all this usually don't know what they're doing. Its not like the average, common person has accurate, historical data to help them in their decision-making process as they might have in a real market, although we here know its best to avoid it.
The "loving hype" mostly serves to create a positive environment for business in the hobby, it shouldn't be a secret that people often use this to their own, personal benefit.
It only makes sense that the 'hating' only serves to help make the environment more realistic by attempting to afford some reasonable overall balance in the hobby...although those trying to make a buck and spreading the hype are often the most motivated people...
Obviously I'm not saying anything new for anyone here.
