Help with Tribute

Got a damaged auto in Tribute and the box and wrappers got thrown away at home by the wife thinking they were trash. I tried to send the card back without them but Topps sent it back and stated they won't replace/repair without the UPC and wrappers. Anyone ever have this happen before, and if so, could you provide some advice?

Buy another box :lol: Or maybe your shop owner can help you out with a UPC if he has some open product. Topps has such horrible customer service from what I've experienced. Wish I could be of more help to you.
