Totally called this one once the count got to 3-1. Best part: playing the guy in fantasy baseball this week who gave me all the crap for taking Heyward in the 12th round. Hip hip J-Hey!

Well in ESPN leagues he was taken on average at pick 126, so you taking him in the 12th round wasn't really a shocker unless its a tiny league

I called Pandoval's Hr and then on th e3-1 count I thought Heyward was gonna jack one too...and he did :(

Good for the kid though. I think he's gonna get the ROY

Yahoo league unfortunately. His ADP was 175ish at the time.
10 team league.
I jumped on him as I knew the rest of the league rooted for the Braves. Tommy Hanson went hilariously early in the same draft.

Received a ridunkulous offer on my sterling ref 9.5 auto. Unfortunately I had already sold it to someone else offline for less.

O well, at least I avoided the fees.

Great for Heyward and the Braves with his 3rd HR, but 9 or 10 K's in 24 AB's is troubling. Seems more like Adam Dunn than Willie Mays.

getting super excited or comparing him to Dunn is the exact same.

Too soon to tell, but so far he is good for the game and the very hobby that the board caters to.

This is absolutely crazy! These prices are pushing Longoria-level from mid-2009. Who would have thought that his prices would EVER make it this high? Especially before he really even proved that he will be a star in the majors. 3 homers and a near-.300 batting average is a great start, but it's still only been 6 games.

I still say any prospector who has held cards this long is crazy and extremely lucky that his prices haven't fallen off the table (like 99% of other players would have by now).

I wonder how many homers he will end up with this season. Any guesses?

That has got to be an all-time record for an ungraded orange refractor auto.

I'm guessing 27 hr's.
