This has been fun to watch. At this point, if i complete a few deals on ebay, i'll have paid for the entire stash and still have 2 gem sterling refs, 2 Aflacs autos, 6 base gem sterlings, 5 raw sterlings, a gem blue, gem x and gem ref. Also a gem 08 chrome auto.


Those i'll probably trade or move with another spike.

i kind of feel i sold out a little early. hard to pass up over 2 grand in profit though.

Guaranteed $ in your pocket NOW is worth more than possibly more (or less- think Francisco liriano- ouch, that drop was FAST) down the road. I sold all my heywards @ a very nice profit and am NOT looking back.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a webcam (yes, I’m a tech dinosaur), but I’ll post scans of the better hits…though I’m not sure what big oranges/reds/supers remain to be pulled @ this point? I know my husband moose’s super’s been pulled, that dude price (who? LOL oh how we forget) super’s been pulled, the original G-d Laporta’s super’s been pulled + of course THE G-d Heyward super’s been pulled (so have 3-4 of his reds I think?).

Oh well, the price was right + the crack addict in me had to rip.

I hope he does well. But…has the other G-D- you know, matt, our formerly beloved savior laporta, declared heyward to be the new hayzeus?

Kinda makes me wish I had my 07 BCDP Heyward Blue Ref BGS 10 (only 2 exist; they’re in the hands of 1 person) back. Then again, I pulled the card from 1 of my many 07 bcdp cases, so my cost basis was nil + my profit was very handsome @ the time, so I can’t complain. I wonder if the owner of the BGS 10 blues will throw them up anytime soon.

This a new high for a raw base sterling auto? I'm very happy with it since I honestly almost never sell anything. Already paid for as well.

They should Tim Kurtgen was blowing him up on ESPN today. Prices should definitely hold until then. Why not list them now with a 7 day auction? You will get them before the auction ends and will be able to ship them in a timely manner.

Unless he absolutely falls apart in ST these prices should maintain relatively steady or increase up until the season starts, or it comes out that he will start the season in the minors, even if its just to avoid the # days on the roster to keep him from FA an extra season
