And, luckily, he wasn't outrageous! He came over 50% off asking.

Thanks for the compliment from the king of the vintage GU!

That's a huge compliment man, thanks! Vintage GU is really fun any way you slice it haha

Unbelievable mailday bud! Every one of those cards is PC material for a lot of us! I will miss that Gibson, but I'm proud to give it to a good home. Is that your second Gehringer Prime Cuts patch card? Too tough for me to choose a favorite, but I would have to choose either the Mantle or the Joe DiMaggio at the moment. I would love to add two of those patches as well as autos to the PC sometime. Again, well done with those pickups as I'm sure most were tough to part with depending on who they came from.

Incredible pickups and an incredible collection. If I had more resources, HOF patches would be another collection I would look to work on. Those wool patches are amazing and the rarity should certainly maintain, if not increase future value.

You'd be surprised how affordable some of them can be.

Thanks again guys! Alex if you ever want to do business again you know where to find me I'm always happy to snag another patch ;).
Agreed, I started out picking up a lot of the "lower end" ones and then sometimes you find the right deal and you can get a higher end one at a mid-end price. They're very fun to go after

When you decide to have better scans of your cards feel free to send them my way and I'd be happy to do so for ya :)
