HOLY CRAP! 2010 Bowman Draft Picks and Prospects (Strasburg)

So my friend and I decided to split a box of 2010 Bowman Draft Picks and Prospects. He is just getting into card collecting and this was his first box. He took the left piles, I took the right. I pulled a Zack Cox refractor auto but that doesn't even matter. His second pack he pulls this:

Stephen Strasburg RC Printing Plate. Magenta. He's debating whether or not to keep it or sell it. Any ideas on value? It will be put up as auction on eBay starting at $.99. Thanks in advance for any comments and help.
