So you're the one that bought it! I know what you paid for it but since I respect your privacy, I won't reveal it. I offered him much less than the selling price. In the last year I've picked up 3 golds between $50 and $100. Last copper I've seen on ebay about 6 months ago sold for high $3XX, almost $400. Nice pick up nontheless. :D

So this was the watermarked card?! Awesome pickup. There has to be at least one insane buyer out there who will pay whatever you ask for.

Be8el0ve, how much do "regular" Jeter Supers and Platinums fetch?

Paid $276.XX for this one...

Paid $205.XX for this one...

Paid $165.XX for this one...

Paid $157.XX for this one...

My thoughts exactly.

One person was buying most of the coppers. He would be your best bet to sell this one to, I would think, if you can find him.

Anyone find it odd that they used a swing and a miss for this highly scrutinized photo??

Well, seeing as this is an iconic Jeter card (like it or not..), and a true 1/1, I would all but gaurentee it would far outsell any super. I would put it up with a bin/bo of $2000 and fully expect $1000+ without question. Putting this up as a regular auction will surely leave coin on the table..

EDIT: Just read/noticed it was already up with a $10,000 bin/bo, nice! A bit more ambitious than I would be but who am I to stand in the way of profit! I would have been happy with the $1000+ sale, but I guess it depends on what you paid for it....

Having said that, I would not bat an eye if it went for $5,000 or more... Nor would I be shocked if it did not sell for over $1000. It's just one of thoes cards that you have to wait and see I suppose..

I know a board member back on the old baords who pulled a gold out of a blaster and couldn't even get more than $100 for it(and this is when it was hot at the time) at any of the shows and shops he went to.I guess he never tried ebay and nobody wanted it to make a flip.To my knowldege he still has it.I don't know...haven't talked to him in some time.I do know that I was able to get $10 in trade at my shop for the base because I gave them a couple of the base I pulled.I still have a few left but hanging onto them for PC.I wish I could have gotten $50 for them. They weren't too hard to pull.

Well I see you dropped the BIN and have 2 offers that you declined pretty quick. I am not asking for exact numbers, but were they even close to what you are expecting?

Well, they got auto-declined if that answers your question.

If K.O finds it you should get close to triple what you paid IMO

Too bad Wossa doesn't collect Jeter.

Hi, Wossa (since you apparently read about yourself on here and laugh that people care).

Thank God he doesn't.. I wouldn't have as many nice cards in my collection! :D

Someone should alert him.

He bought a card from me a few months ago, but I forget the numerical digits at the end of his account name.
