How SSP is that Topps Skip Schumaker Rally Squirrel Card?

There are 16 listed and 25 completed auctions in the last 3 days. Doesn't seem that rare to me.

For sure not this rare. I would never pay that much for a card picturing a fluffy tailed rat.

I thought I saw one a few days ago when the Yahoo Sports article came out go for over $630 and the listing wasn't even over yet ::facepalm:: . I agree doesn't seem SP to me either

I believe the only SSP cards are the Reyes/Pujols "current" uni variants, right? Everything else is just "SP". I think the attention on the Squirrel card make it seem more rare - but it's not.

41 have been listed in eBay (according to the OP) and the product has been out for just a few days. I think those people who paid hundreds for it will be kicking themselves in a few weeks after everyone busts their boxes and cases.

My thoughts exactly. You will probably be able to get them for about $10 in a few months.

I'm not saying it's bad. I think it's great. Something to read about and talk about and wonder about. Like who are these people who buy in fast and high?
Regulars? hard to believe. Noobs? disappointing to believe if that's what is attracting them to cards..

Are approximate runs ever announced or figured out? How many mantle jeter bush cards are there?
And when is my Kazuo Uzuki card going to blow up?
