I am curious about all these members bidding, are you bidding just to bid on it, bid it up for a member, or do you really have $4k, $7k if you really won this card?

Shep
They really have it to waste.
And it's going to get that high regardless.

50 years down the road these guys will be telling their grandkids about how they were at one time the high bidder for the Stras Super.

"But Grandpa, who's Steven Strasburg?"
"He was the best damn pitching prospect ever."
"Oh."

wouldn't it be kinda funny if this sold for like 25K and then he just got shelled for like 10 runs in his debut? Come on that would be kinda funny :D

Seriously! The most likely scenario is that the guy DOESN'T pan out, or at least not to the extent that a $7,000+ purchase of non-auto RC would seem justified. Maybe he lives up to the massive hype, but my goodness, the number of flops far outweigh the guys who've lived up to expectations.

Holy crap :o

Looks like people may have underestimated how crazy this is going to get. Think it was on another site - but I know they were speculating $5,000 would be a high guess.

For such an important card, that centering is just SAD. ::facepalm::

My Edinson Rincon Super has the same problem.

Surprisingly, guess who has the high bid.

Do you think it will end at the current price just because Wossa is high bidder at this time, and no one is crazy enough to go over the top (Stallone style)?

It's going to go higher, legitimately.

What are the chances that eBay pulls the auction because of the link to Blowout that was added?

From the eBay rules;

Your listings and other eBay pages can't include:

* Links to web pages that offer to trade, sell, or buy goods or services outside of eBay, including other auction-style websites.

The page itself is a forum thread, but Blowout definitely does offer items for sale on their site. What do you guys think? I certainly wouldn't have put the link on.

LOL!! love the youtube reference.

So you're saying the tension's going to escalate, that Wossa will actually be broken? (Drago style?)
