No you didn't. Now you can add liar to your resume.

You wallowed in the fact that you got all the money back.

Your very adult "LOL" is indicative of your overall intent.

You found a loophole and you screwed the guy over and now you are a liar.

Prove us wrong. What is the seller's id? He can tell us if you actually gave him the money back for the card. Which of course you did not.

Correct, he did not refund any money to the seller at all so the above what you quoted (below) is just that, a blatant lie.
I did end up refunding the seller back all the money minus what I was charged for the state tax.

In fact, padsfan86 did receive his money, from ebay, but it was never taken from the seller as he was found to not be at fault for anything. So in the end, both padsfan86 and the seller have their money and padsfan86 got some freebies, which is apparently what he intended to do from the outset.

So, I opened a case against the seller who charged me state tax. I asked that I be partially refunded for the state tax that I was charged and they refunded me the whole amount which was about 16 bucks LOL I emailed the seller twice and asked that he refund me the state tax that I was charged before I opened the case but he didn't reply so F him!

I would have been better off not posting any thing with all the thief sympathizers we have on here

Anyone who has read a number of PadresFan86's posts had to realize this is what kind of person he is. Can't say it surprises me at all. Class act he is!

Meh, i think you guys are being way too hard on him.

He celebrated the fact that he found a card he wanted and waited till it was shipped to open a claim. Didn't even have the card in hand. Opened claim while card was en route. Wow!

He said he paid the seller back.

The seller has said he has not been paid back.

Shady transaction plus bold face lie. This is a dirty transaction, a transaction that was entered into by padsfan85 with the very intent to screw the seller over, as evident by his initial post.

Your house, your rules. If you think we are being to hard on him, that's fine. But where many of us sit, he bought a card he knew he could screw the guy over on......lied about remitting the funds that he had/has no intention of doing, and then having the audacity to cry victim when called out.

He pulled a fast one on that guy and he thought he was posting his story to get a pat on the back. He thought he was clever and the OP would congratulate him on his success. Jeff has legit beef with his situation, this padsfan dude just straight up screwed the guy.

Many people in this hobby are dirty. This is a clean site, no reason to let this guy slide on lies and pre meditated deceit.

Really, don't understand how you could think I screwed anybody over. I have 100% feedback on ebay and every forum board I post on. I've never screwed anybody over in my life.

I PAID for the cards I received. How is that dirty? I was merely attempting to get the seller to stop charging state tax to his buyers and to refund me the money that was going into his pocket and not the state's.

Yes, I already knew I would start a case with the cards on the way but only after the seller told me they didn't own a business or store and ignored my emails about me wanting to be refunded the amount I was charged for state tax. I NEVER wanted or asked for a full refund. That was Ebay's decision, NOT MINE. I clearly stated I ONLY wanted to be refunded the amount I was charged in state tax in my claim.

The seller screws over anybody that lives in the state of California by charging state tax. The seller DOES NOT own a business or store so he SHOULDN'T be charging his customers state tax.

So funny you would take time out of your day to contact the seller who is a scam artist. You must have a really boring life.

Ebay clearly thought I was in the right after reviewing the case and the emails between the seller and I or else they wouldn't have ruled in my favor.

Your accusations have no merit and it just seems like you are attacking me for an unknown reason. Really pathetic that you would keep dragging this out for days.

You're throwing around words like deceit and dirty like I just banged your wife or something. I don't expect someone like yourself with VERY LOW intelligence to admit that you're wrong about every single thing you said.

You rather keep this going like a lil high school girl that just got her cherry popped and didn't get a call back. Get over whatever you're mad about in your life because I'm not going to keep this going. I don't have to sit here and explain myself any more than I already have to some guy that is probably an over weight 40 year old that has nothing better to do but to play Inspector Gadget on the internet LOL

This is my last post in this topic. I really enjoy visiting this forum board. I rather talk to my fellow collectors and get enjoyment out of visiting this web site than argue with some guy that doesn't have a clue about what he's talking about.

Good night everybody.

Yet after receiving an "unwanted" full refund, you never repaid the seller the correct amount through PayPal like an honest person would have. Face it, dude, you are as dirty as Ken Caminiti's bloodstream was.
