Sorry to even have to ask this question but I'm pretty new to collecting anything other than sets and this has never made sense to me. How can you tell what cards are short prints or super short prints if they don't have #/XX? Also is there any way to know how many were printed of the card if it is a SP? Thanks

If you look up the card on Beckett they will say if it is an SP. If they are aware of the print run then it will be listed as well. You do not need to join in order to get this information. You only have to pay if you want the online price guide.
