Yeah but neither of them have mystique, aura, and calm eyes. Jeter's the only logical building block.

Longoria's contract makes him the obvious choice among the truly elite hitters, especially when taking into account the weakness at 3B in the majors.

I love Felix but I'll take Lester at half the cost.

Less than $5 million for Longo + Lester. Not bad.

I'd strongly consider Posey as well. The guy is an absolute rock.
