I know this is just daydreaming nonsense, but I just bought some tickets for the Powerball. So say you won the Powerball or Mega Millions or what ever huge jackpot your state has. After buying a house/cars/setting up your family and close friends, you now have money to blow to intensely beef up your collection. What are the first five cards you spend big money on and why? Feel free to include pics to make it fun or whatever. I could use a nice daydreaming thread to take my mind off of reality for a bit.

Yea, and terrible timing for it to show up. My card budget has been decreased lately by a number of other things going on right now, so I don't think it's meant to be in my collection. That and I think the seller wants considerably more than I think it's worth.

It's just a beautiful card. There are so many other cards from this set that I'd want too, but the Mantle would be first.

I'm only aware of about 3 cards available that I don't have. To be clear, I need many more but haven't seen them or don't know who has them.

So if I won the Powerball, I'd hire a private investigator to track down the cards I need and buy 'em up. Top 3 on my list are in my sig.

I'd also make my way down to Venezuela and see what I could dig up. Vizquel has a ton of cards, stickers, and many other neat items down there. It's a whole different market and world.

Finally I'd want to buy a bunch of vintage game-used items of the OLD HOF'ers like Ruth, and donate them to the HOF so they don't cut up and stuck in cards. (Sorry guys, I know they're cool to have but personally I think they're priceless and belong in a museum.)
