I'd take Lindor in a heartbeat. Through age 31 (this is Lindor's age 31 season) he's a good chunk of value (56.2 fWAR and he'll break 60 career this season compared to 45.7 for Jeter) better then Jeter. Offensively they're basically the same (125 wRC+ for Jeter vs 121 for Lindor) but Lindor is worlds better defensively (164 defensive value for Lindor vs -16.4 for Jeter).

If not for Jose Ramirez then Lindor would likely be the most underrated player in baseball currently.

I'd take anyone over A-Rod. Pre-Yankees, I might say otherwise, but he was just a mess in the Bronx. Remember The Slap™?

Wonder how he would be remembered if he went to Boston instead of the Yankees like was originally attempted?

Some people just aren’t cut out for New York. Randy Johnson had a rough time too.

Heh, if Arod went to Boston, maybe their curse wouldn't have been lifted in 2004.
