Is it too early to send to ST sites? I am writing letters and I want to drop them in tonight, but if they are just going to send them back because they got there too early, then I would rather hold for a bit...

Nope! I sent out 1 batch on the 6th, and another batch today, so we will see

Definately send now, pitchers and catchers already reported and the rest of team will be there by end of month. ST starts around Feb 28thish depending on team. The early bird wil catch more worms, the earllier you send!!
