Could it be that there is a fear that the redemptions will now never be filled? I'm glad I never sprung for a Yount "Ultimate Patches" redemption, as I'm not goign to believe in them being filled until I hear it from the company.

It was announced yesterday that UD will be able to continue to sell Signature Stars, Ultimate, and 2010 Series 1.

It's not as if they are ceasing to operate as a company, so I see no reason for them not to fullfil the redemptions.

People seem to quickly forget that UD still has major football and hockey operations.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that. So I can assume that the settlement can't stop UD from legally providing something to people that they promised? Maybe i will have to pick up one of those Yount redemptions...or wait until they go live.
