Mark Rogers. Brewers 1st Rnd. Pick in 2004. Had stellar stuff, but has been an injury bust since the draft.
Now, he's in Brevard County. They have him on some sort of pitch/inning count. He has yet to go over 3 IP at any point this year, yet he starts each game he's in. No hope for a winning decision, and has taken a loss.
Here's the thing: He's got 26K in 26.1 IP and his ERA is 1.37
But that begs the question: has he figured out his issues, or is it a symptom of the regimine he's on? And besides that, what's the next step?
FYI, he's 23.
