Would be awesome if he could return to the Penguins and teach (mentor) Crosby and Malkin what he knows. Would be nice for him to retire as a penguin as well, since that is the team that he is known best for playing for.

the Penguins have already stated that they are not signing Jagr.

Jagr's agent Petr Svoboda has contacted the Penguins and discussed his desire to return to the NHL this coming season. Pens GM Ray Shero had previously stated that the Penguins were not interested in signing Jagr but Lemieux and Jagr have talked in person and now the Pens are 1 of 3 teams that Jagr is considering making his return to the NHL with.
