Sounds like he will have the same surgery that Ken Griffey Jr. had on his peroneus brevis tendon. It connects parts of the ankle to the base of your pinky toe. Pray that they dont try to fuse it together. That is what they did to Yao Ming. If the tendon can be saved they will stitch it up and wrap acellular human tissue around the tendon, which will eventually fuse with his damaged tendon and make it stronger. If they can't salvage the tendon, then they will use a cadaver tendon and just basically do a complete replacement.

Prospectors ditch you cards if its fused. He will not be the same player.
