I agree he got the shaft last year but there was not already 5 Rockies on the All Star game when Clint made the choice.

Now you're going to fight and try to prove that he should have been an all-star. Don't bother, I wont be checking this thread again. No justification for 4 1B on the NL team leaving. Overlooking depth and other more deserved all-star selections.

And hey, he deserves to take who ever he wants since this one "matters". The Phillies have a great shot at going to the World Series again, so home field advantage could be huge. Werth is swinging the bat as good as anybody right now.

I'd be interested to see what other NL OF would suffice to replace Beltran. Maybe Adam Dunn?

Cubs and pirates, nationals have 1 rep when they could have another rep (Dunn could change the game with one swing), or they could have pablo make it (Great utility guy, 1B, 3B, C, etc)

Honestly, no. We don't have an all star team. Besidses Lincecum, Cain, and pablo, no one else is deserving.

Also in my post above i clearly showed other teams that i would like to have another representative. Specifically Adam Dunn. He is just a beast. So stop making dumb assumptions...And why can't I say pablo? Because he's the giants and i'm a giants fan. He was one of the '5' to be voted in for the last spot, and had a lot better stats than some of them...
