Just Minors Beckett Promo Sheet - Anybody have a image ?

I was wondering if anybody has an image of the Just Minors pullout promo sheet intact that were inside an issue of Beckett about 5 years ago ? Some of the players on it were Rickie Weeks, Delmon Young and Jeff Francouer ?
