Just pulled from Bowman Chrome 2014 - Were these announced?

I know there is a thread about unannounced inserts. I did not recall seeing that these would be in here. Did I just miss this, or are these the "Static Refractors"? As you can see, the card in /10 but otherwise does not really look like a refractor.

These are social media cards - they've had them for the last couple of Bowman series.

No, that's a Social Media-fractor auto. They've been a part of this product since last year.

Oh, and for the record, even with my glassed on, there is no way I can read the side of these packs for the odds. So, sorry if it is there. They need an "old man" version of the odds where you can actually read the packs.
