FWIW I think they are trying to make that signed plasticy square type thing look like a base. Regardless, still one of the worst designed products I have seen in a while. Lazy at best.

I like the signed plasticy thing, they're 10x better than stickers IMO.

Stickers aren't for everyone, but I don't mind them one bit. If it's on a nicely designed card, I'll take a sticker auto any day of the week.

The inclusion of a legitimate superstar slabbed autograph along with the graded original card is pretty nice. I know as a consumer I will at least walk away with a signature of a baseball legend out of each box, which is more than you can say for about any box you would buy.

The little "stones" that are signed actually came from signed Southland Plastics Statues the series included Tony Gywnn, Nolan Ryan, Griffey Jr, Maddux, and others The signed piece was located in the base of the statues the numbering is not an indication of how many are in the print run as the statues by Southland were originally numbered and some can be found on ebay with the numbering. Just a bit of information for those looking at busting or buying these products. Hope this helps.

Here are a few of the auctions

I just busted two boxes. Pulled a Johnny Bench Rookie BGS 9 and am very please. I talked the shop owner into busting a box as well and he pulled an Ichiro 2001 Bowman Autographed Slabbed Authentic by PSA. I'm very impressed with what I'm seeing!!!!

I have been trolling the boards since the site's inception and just decided to join. First Post!

I opened a box this afternoon and pulled a Griffey Jr. cut auto and a 2001 UD Legends Nolan Ryan auto/jersey with the AUTO grading a 10! I saw one other box open and he pulled a cut auto of Aaron, and the other card was a 2001 UD Albert Pujols Star Rookie BGS 9.5.

I think the product is very nice. I wish I could have bought more!!

WOW.... That statue looks like crap. The whole thing looks like crap. No wonder the rest were never used.

No transparency here, as you can see I didn't just join yesterday. I just wanted to add my break to the discussion. I still think the product is nice and If you think i have an ajenda, coltsnsox can vouch for who I am. Send him an PM and see. I really enjoy these boards, and thought I might get a better welcome than that.

I love watching the youtube breaks of this stuff. Not my thing so I won't be getting any, but entertaining to see what's pulled.

As for those "bar of soap" cuts... I'm a cut collector, and would have to pass on those. lol

Looking forward to the new celeb cut product though!

Yes, because people can't say ANYTHING positive about leaf stuff without being on Leaf's pay roll.
