I can honestly say that out of all the card companies out there, I have yet to see another company match leaf / razor when it comes to being open to contact with their clients. The one time I was shorted in a few boxes of product out of about a half case, Brian more than made it up to me.

As for checklists, would you rather have no checklists or a checklist like bowman platinum where you get a checklist for presell, lock in, and when the product goes live 2/3 of the bigger hits don't even exist? (bowman platinum anyone?) I'll take no checklist and wait for breaks, thanks.

Let me set the record straight so there is no confusion. I was not upset about not making our money back on the break. What I was upset about was getting a Don Sutton Jumbo patch card from 2008 UD Ultimate Collection after reading on the box that the pack includes a cut signature and one of the following:

One graded rookie card
slabbed authentic autographed rookie
Pre 1970 vintage graded card

Obviously, the Sutton meets none of the above criteria. After talking with Brian, he explained to me that there is a gold sticker on the shrink-wrap that states: "Look for random Certified Autographs and Relic Cards from baseball's best, past and present".

I never read this sticker. It was my mistake. End of story. I admit it was my mistake. I was mad at the time I made the post becuase I felt there was misrepresentation about what was in the product after reading the front and back of the actual pack.

And why in the world do I have to prove to anyone that I bought the product? What would that prove?

And anyone who likes to be Mr. Big Bad Boy on the Internet and hide behind their computers and call people names, etc, I will give you my personal address, and when you are in my area you can come by and say the exact same thing to me in person you say on here and see what happens.

WOW.....

Looks like the verbiage on the box is very tricky. The box itself lends itself to the FACT that the box has a graded Rookie OR Graded autograph OR graded Pre-1970s card. The the sticker and results counteract the statement made on the box.

If this were Topps (ie Gypsy Queen) people would be going NUTS.
