Show'em if you got'em...
What all products have had them. I know Ginter and Fleer had some. Let's hope BG gets a deal done so Leaf features some of them in future baseball stuff..

I have a handwritten letter from John "Mule" Miles, as well as a signed index card (he wrote a ton of inscription-age on it). I also have a signed note from Herb Simpson, as well as an A&G that he signed, twice.

I am going to send Miles his A&G card this week, and some point in the future, I am going to send him a Seattle Mariners Mini Helmet.

If I had any scans I would share them.

These guys are such good ttm signers. I know I have Duckett and Robert Scott. I think I sent $5 with them and got them back pretty quick with extras. Might do a few more. Need Miles like TB has. TB you have his current addy? I have read he writes back letters like you got. I remember some guy was going to do a signing with him here, that blew up in his face. Made no since from start when Miles signs ttm.

I've got a couple... these are my pack issued ***** Leaguers. Buck O'Neil is my favorite. Cool Papa Bell and Buck Leonard are most wanted.

Couple more... not pack issued, but from Chicago Sun-Times shows, where I got to meet each player, shake hands, get the card signed in person and chat with them. Hank Presswood told good stories about Buck O'Neil.

matchpenalty: the 62 lookalike is from Topps All-Time Fan Favorites. I've only seen 2 O'Neil inscriptions, and bought them both (the one to the left of it above has "KC" and you can see under the window that it was cut from "KC Monarchs".

I can PM it to you if you are interested, but it really isn't that hard to find. He does write back letters, but you have to ask him a lot of questions. He loves answering them.

Everyone knew that Miles signed TTM for free, but the signing was $5 an item and supposedly the proceeds were to go to Miles himself, so nobody really had a problem sending a small token of our appreciation to him. For some reason or another (I didn't really bother to find out as I didn't really care), the people in the signing decided to back out. It had something to do with the previous transactions of the guy holding the signing or something like that.

I don't have any means to upload photos, and everything is packed away, but I can see if I have any old scans in photobucket.

Dam GC you have sweet ***** autos collection. Is that all the ginters, stiches and Fleer greats. Are you missing any from those sets...

I checked Ebay for John Miles base ginter cards. Not a single unsigned one to be had to get for a ttm. Looks like everyone must have had him sign them.
Of the guys with Ginter cards. Any that don't sign now or who are who have passed. I know I sent a Jim Zapp back when his card came out. Never got it back. Not sure if I sent some $ or not. Might have gotten a bad addy.

Yes, I'm complete on those sets. The Ginters have red auto's #/10, but I don't do those. There's also the 2001 Fleer Traditions Stitches in Time Willie Mays card. Mays didn't sign them, but Beckett says some sneaked out autographed, while others say no, Mays never signed them. The unsigned cards were sold in a Fleer assets auction, and can be found. There was a recent Mays with auto on eBay, but the concensus was that it was a fake. Mays is known to refuse ***** League items. So I'm pretty confident it wasn't issued in packs, although getting one signed in person could be a possibility. I do have the unsigned version.

Now, if only there were more GU ***** League cards, but obtaining documented GU ***** League items is all but impossible. The Leon Day card below gets my vote for greatest ***** League card ever made by one of the major card companies.

Yeah, the Mays Stitches In Time autos haven't looked good that have been hitting Ebay. Would be cool if someone did bring a copy to get signed at Mays signing.

What have unsigned version gotten. Do the backdoor ones have some sort of congratulations COA on back of the card.

I have the entire 2001 topps heritage set you see in my sig. Two of the cards were redemptions. One Mathews, who died before he could sign and the other was Larry Doby, who I wished signed his cards. I love the 52 Doby. Is he still alive?

Doby passed in 2003. I have a Bowman color of him. I also have a large chunk of the Courier 1st 2nd and 3rd All ***** League Team, minus a few of the harder names.

Sportlots.com has a few cards left if your looking for a John Miles base card.

As to the other ***** Leaguers with Allen & Ginter cards; Stanley Glenn, Millito Navarro, Frank Evans, and Willie Williams are now deceased.
